Its a mess.I can't believe they want to raise the retirement age to 70.I don't know many 68 year olds who want to work or can still work.I'll never make it to that age.

you were blabbing yesterday about how much longer people are living these days. why SHOULD the retirement age be (almost) the same as it was in the 1930s?

I have no problem with them raising the age limit.To me 70 is ancient and I don't plan on working past 60.

I was blabbing about how countries with universal health care have higher life expectancies then us.

Good thing I have my retirement fund wrapped up in the stock market so I don't have to worry about social security.
