Karl Rove won’t be prosecuted in CIA leak case
#21

Flumper Barflusterbutt Wrote:So are you still predicting a "flumper sweep"? Are the Heat going to take the next four?

Its a possibility but if you know the game you know right now isnt the time to make that prediction.

I love how you act like this is a victory without understanding what it means.

Rove did out a CIA agent when he thought she was undercover to pump up the uranium claims that were lies that were used to fool the public into a war with iraq. The fact that Cheyney is the real source of the leak and outed her first is the only thing saving him from being indicted because it instantly becomes declassified when the pres or vice pres make the info public. The bottom line is Rove still outed a undercover cia agent for political gains and not in the best interest of the country but be proud of your party anyway.I love the hypocritical nature of you guys who thought Clinton was slimy but now turn a blind eye to all disgraces this administration is apart of.

You're witch hunts and conspiracy theories would be much more convincing if you were right about something every now and then. You're struggling.

Everybody bear with flumper, he's actually decided to learn about what this argument is about and needs to read up on it so he needs a few minutes.

BIRD33 Wrote:I do think Rove will be indicted. Not many people have to testify 3 or four times unless they are trying to clear something up and its getting ovbvious that Cheyneys strategy was to get the word out on who plame was and if libby did it rove did it.

The mood of the country right before the iraq invasion was built on lies and thats an important thing to remember.Of course the Democrat candidate won't focus entirely on that issue but its an important one.

No, actually I was reading about Tiger playing a practice round for the Open. But nice work trying to take the attention off how bad you are failing.

I was wrong about rove being indicted, big deal.To be honest I forgot I said it but who needs memory when you've got a guy tracking your every post for you.

You still don't get that your boy rove outted a cia agent for political gain. Not the type of guy who should be the #1 policy advisor with clearance for classified info but you don't care about that do you?Flumper go on waving the flag without knowing whats actually going on, its hilarious. You're like a diehard nixon supporter during watergate.

I guess the reason that I don't "get" that my boy rove outted a cia agent, is because he's been investigated for months and they found nothing.

Hey, I'm not flying any flags. I just questioned you on the "Rove will be indicted" theory you threw out there the other day. I remembered it because it struck me how stupid you were to think that. Same as how it struck me that you predicted a "flumper sweep" of the mavs after they played like shit and beat the Heat by 10 in game 1. I don't study you, but when I'm posting and you come up with some assinine left field theory and then argue for several posts to back it up, I remember it.

Rove did out plame to cooper at time mag.It wasnt illegal because cheyney declassified the info in an effort to discredit her husband who was telling the truth about the false claims of the administration regarding iraq and uranium from niger.

Flump you've officially been brought up to speed. Now my question to you is ....

1.Do you think it's right to declassify info just to refute someone who has a position different from the administration?
2.Do you feel its right to end someones career in the cia because their spouse is giving true facts discrediting certain administration positions?
3.Do you still feel the investigation found no wrongdoing and that noone should be fired?

What does any of this have to do with you being wrong on your two latest predictions?

1. They were fucking with Wilson.

2. They were fucking with Wilson.

3. Rove was not indicted.

Is it ok to fuck with someone who's telling the truth if the only way to do it is ruin a goverment servents life?Plame never did anything but serve her country but she was used by cheyney and rove to distract people from facts on Iraqs capabilities. People died because we believed Iraq was getting uranium from niger but that doesnt mean shit to you sitting your fat ass behind a computer, huh tough guy?Typical GOP bullshit were you can't face facts and just gloss over things to be able to look yourself in the mirror. Don't be a pussy and answer them if what they did wasnt wrong.

I think its great you exposed yourself as someone who supports people blindly.Keep waving that flag, asshole.

Look the Plame story is a little confusing. She was CIA and dealt with nuclear information. She had been in Niger along with her husband Joe Wilson. Wilson hated Bush.

After Bush reported in his state of the union, which had been reviewed by the CIA that Iraq tried to buy uranium from Niger, Wilson retaliated. He wrote an op ed piece in the New York Times entitled, "What I Didn't Find in Africa," in which he claimed that he had found no evidence of Iraqi pursuit of nuclear material during his trip to Africa. He also criticized the administration for using allegedly unreliable documents (Yellowcake forgery) to make its case against Iraq.

About a week after his article came out, the CIA said that they shouldn't have allowed that sentence in Bush's State of the Union. What was suspicious about the whole thing was the Wilson had written his article a week before the CIA made a formal report. In other words, Wilson was getting his info from his wife, the CIA agent. So, for the second time in her career, she got outted as CIA. She was using her position to aid her husband.

Now depending on your politics, you can read into all of that whatever you want. The conspiracists will make all kinds of things out of it.

She would be indicted if that were true.It never happened, wilson did go to africa to get his info and he was right. He didnt need his wife to tell him, he was there and talked to the nigerians and saw their capabilities. She might have known that the niger claims were bull but his info was based on his findings while in africa. You are repeating gop talking points that arent true. Why wasnt she arrested if what you said was accurate?

What do conspiracy theories have to do with discrediting someone by ruining there spouses career even though the guys telling the truth? It happened, Rove and cheyney did it.If you want to know why the country is so fucked up its because of two faced moralizors(sp) like yourself who preach do the right thing but at the same time are so petty and can't stand to lose they turn blind eyes to obvious wrong doings.
