OK Bill one more time slow so you can understand...
IF you fail a theif attempt (In other words if you don't get the steal)
the person you tried to steal from (in your case it was clay)
does NOT (lemme repeat) DOES NOT
acquire what you tried to steal (in this case 5000)
You lose them and they go back in lee's bank.

I'm familiar with the process....but I thought the person your trying to steal from gets'um?

i think at first the person did not get them
i think lee changed it and now the person gets the amount of the failed attempt
