I think you were the hot chick that partyed too much. There are months of your high school career that you can't recall. You probably woke up after your junior year prom half nekkid and couldn't remember who, what or where...

Things went south your senior year.. as did your grades. You squeaked by with a 1.75 and ended up sleeping with most of the football team. You met wahoo killa sometime after high school and he asked how many people you slept with..

you lied and said 3..

what do I win?

hahaahaha
poor ph, born too late to be a hippy

snarg was one of the few smart jocks in hs
so had the brainy friends and the "cool" friends
i guess this is the beginning of the multiple personality problems
life got much better after high school enen though i graduated first in my class

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.

My high school only had about 300 people. My class was 85 students. I graduated third in my class behind two girls, the valedictorian went to Harvard Law the salutatorian also went to law school and she helped on the Howard Dean presidential campaign. Out of 85 kids, we had 26 honor graduates (I remember this because I was president of he National Honor Society). There was a college in our town and most of our parents either taught at the university or worked there. Otherwise, cotton was about the only other way to make a living in that town.

I played on the golf team, ran track and played tennis. Rodeo, golf and motorcycles were my past times. Pussy was pretty easy to come by in those days, thats when penicillin could cure whatever ailed you. I never got into any kind of drugs, although there was a group of kids that did.

It seemed like there was a huge life change between the people that left the small town to go to college and the ones that stayed there. Everyone that left is relatively successful now and the ones that stayed at home are either dead or hooked on meth. That is a little bit of an exaggeration, but not too much.

High school was fun for me, I just wish some of the kids that had potential had been able to pursue it.

I was a long haired punk/grunge kid who played in a band and threw beer parties. I drove an '84 Cutlass Ciera diesel that had the head gasket going out of it. It smoked like a motherfucker. Always had a popular girlfriend. Hung out with jocks and slackers just like myself. Drank a ton of beer. Was voted the Class Clown. I was also in the Homecoming Court. Strange fucking school I went to. But I had a fucking blast.

had a 58 chevy i bought for 60 bucks, my first car
i kept a flat tire in the trunk
one day they questioned me about being late when i told them i had a flat tire
they were pissed when i took them to the parking lot and opened the trunk

they were so bummed when i graduated first in the class that they changed the rulz
did not let me give the valedictorian speech, just let their flunky do it

Sorry Mich and 8, you're both wrong to a certain extent.

I was part of the "popular" crowd, and while at the time I never thought that we acted like stuck up bitches, in retrospect, we weren't all that nice to anyone who may not have had the same style of dress, or interests that we did. Now I feel badly about that and feel some embarassment at times about how I treated some people, or the things I may have said behind people's backs.

I partied a shitload. It wasn't a good weekend unless someone's parents were out of town and we could throw a house-party. There are certainly some times from high school that I don't remember and a few nights where I woke up at 6 am in my front lawn and had no idea how I had gotten home or why I didn't make it into the house.

But I was a very good student; school came easily to me (except for math) and I honestly have always enjoyed learning. Getting into a good college was very important in my circle of friends, and I was lucky to have family and friends who valued higher education as well as a healthy social scene.

I was also very involved in certain activities in that I was editor of the yearbook and captain of the dance team. But I was never, ever, ever in the band. The band at our high school was the stereotypical nerdy social outcasts and they just confused the hell out of me.

And I met wahoo well after graduate school, actually. And he has no desire to hear about my sexual past. :Zipit:
