In your opinion... which athletes do you think would be able to lace it up and go after it today?
Which wouldn't?

Terribly formatted question.I'm assuming we're including dead athletes and not asking if Muhammad Ali could still box today at 70.Anyway....
Wilt for sure.
Kareem.
Montana is basically the original non cheating Brady.
Jim Brown obviously.
Not sure about Cousy.
Mike Giminski
Doubt Joe Namath
Steve Bedrosian

Hadn't seen the ESPN thing... was thinking this the other day.
Jim Brown was one that I wondered about. I've never seen the guy play.. but I wondered if the LB play these days would hamper him some.
Obviously Jordan, Wilt etc could.. what about other though?
Could Babe Ruth be as good these days as he was back in the days?

Maybe ESPN saw his question here, goat?Give the guy a little credit.
Watch Jim Brown highlights. He was the size of a D lineman with the speed of a running back.He might not be as dominate today because of the size of defensive players today but still pretty great.
Ruth would not be as good.He was facing guys who threw 1000 pitches a week.
