there was a bruins' legends game and a bunch of high school and prep games as well. as I understand it, you can rent the ice for 70 minutes (60 minute game plus 10 minute zamboni time) for somewhere around $30k. A bunch of high school with rich parents arranged some games. I think it's going to stay open for a little while longer, but I'm not totally sure.
now there's talk of them trying to do this every year.
