How are you saying he is linking Saddam to 9-11? Are you so brainwashed that you can't read what he is saying and understand it.

He is saying that "because of 9-11, we can no longer wait for a threat to advance against us." And because of that lesson we learned on 9-11, we need to deal with Sadam's potential threat.

Let me explain it so that you can understand it.

Imagine you have some people in your neighborhood that very vocally hate you and have threatened to destroy you. They even throw rocks at you or your car when you walk or drive by their houses. One house is on one end of the block and the other family that hates you lives at the other end of the block. But they are always fucking with you. You try to talk to them, ask the police to do something, but nothing seems to work.

Then one night one of them attacks your house and tries to burn it down. He doesn't succeed, but causes quite a bit of damage.

So, you go kick the shit out of him. Fuck him up pretty bad. But the other neighbor keeps up his bullshit and taunting. Maybe even dialing it up a little.

Now are you going to sit back and wait on him to do something or wait on the police to do something or are you going to go kick the shit out of him before he has a chance to do what the other guy did?

I can sum up my response in two words:North Korea.

If he meant what he said we would have gone after a country that already had the capabilities of making a nuke not to mention they built several while we invaded iraq.You read it the kool aid version way and I'll stick to the realistic view of it.
