Why is it that when people learn more about the program they like it more(per actual polling data)?That sounds to me the more informed(intelligent) people get about the plan the less likely it is it will be repealed.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 53% of Likely U.S. Voters now at least somewhat favor repeal of the health care law, down three points from last week but consistent with findings since Congress passed the law nearly a year ago.
