Erin Lahr is a 29-year-old Austin woman who was running the Dallas White Rock Marthon collasped and died 3 miles from the finish line. In this 39 year old race she has been the first person to die from it. Erin Lahr was a young, experience long distance runner and to top it off...she was a newlywed.
The cause of death is still being examined as many people are saddened by the loss of such a fine athlete.

I heard about a guy I graduated with die last year doing a marathon.Had two kids and a wife.Sucks.

I've heard of little kids hearts stopping during baseball games. It's just crazy to me.

well that sucks, my best for the family and the kids...hope that they weren't too young it's freaking sad to explain to your little one that mommy isn't here and she won't ever come.
