Well, my boss’s boss really. One of the VPs here. And it was unintentional- at least consciously unintentional.

I was going to lunch and Bam’s Boss’s Boss* said “Hey Bam*, are you coming or going?” and my response was “well, Bam’s Boss’s Boss*, I guess that all depends” (in my best you-can-fuck-me-right-here-in-the-hallway voice) and Bam’s Boss’s Boss kind of raised his eyebrow and said “depends on?...” My response then was “well, it depends on…” and then it dawned on me (oh shit. What are you doing? This is your boss’s boss. Are you coming or going? Seriously? That was my response? Fuck!) “Uhhh…uhhh…I’m uhhh going to lunch. Yeah, lunch. I’ll be back in an hour” (speaking quite fast and I’m sure in a higher pitch than normal) and I turned the other way (the opposite direction to where I needed to be going) and damn near ran out of the building. (Okay, maybe not ran, but walked more quickly than normal.)
