JACKSON, Ohio (Jan. 5) - Police say a 4-year-old boy in southern Ohio shot his baby sitter because the sitter accidentally stepped on his foot.

Police said 18-year-old Nathan Beavers and several other teenagers were baby-sitting several young children in a mobile home in Jackson on Sunday when the shooting occurred.

Witnesses told police the 4-year-old retrieved the shotgun from a bedroom closet and shot Beavers. Police said the child was angry because Beavers accidentally stepped on his foot.

Beavers was hospitalized with minor pellet wounds to his arm and side.
Police say another teen was also injured with shotgun pellets.
Jackson County Sheriff John Shashteen said authorities are investigating the shooting. The child has not been charged.

The county I live in is very Republican. The town I live in is pretty racist. But I'm neither of those and there are a lot of people around here who aren't either. I think you encounter dumbass racists anywhere you go, don't you?

Sure.PA is a very racist state but is balanced out by the big cities of Pittsburgh and Philly with a lot of blacks.I think Ohio is a little more proud of their racism.I'll find the one video that sticks in my mind of a Mccain rally that could have been a klan rally with all the disgusting things going on and being said.

I didn't like Obama or McCain. I don't particularly care for the Republican or Democratic parties. A vote for Bob Barr, for me, was based on principal. I knew he wasn't going to win, but I feel like the Libertarian Party overall, has the same ideas as me on the important issues. Third party candidates might actually have a chance at some point in the future if people would get over the "my vote won't count" reasoning.
