The beauty of setting up Debian servers in production is that you can do lot of nice things...setting up for the cheap a stable virtual server's farm...then setting up quite a few linux hosts on the run...I feel good.
Anyhow I had some trouble during some Apache 2 virtual hosts setups...I mean how come things weren't resolving ...
Ah it comes that I had setted up like that :
server1.domain.1
server2.domain.2
and the dns was setted up like that :
server2.domain1
server1.domain2
and when I was "what the hell is happening around here" and was doing a "let's reconfigure the mess around" I was switching configs.
ahah anyhow still better than "IIS" who is as flexible as a frozen log.
