Big bowl this morning
#1

Damn I was like getting all gitty gitty because I was like getting some sugar in the morning when I was striked down by an intense pain in the belly...

It was superturd !

(superturd)

The pain was intense but the quantity was just a woooping quantity of turd I mean there's been long sessions where the chocolate factory was working full regime.

(into the belly the little cells are working full regime !)

The first turd was like huge, long, with just the perfect amount of humidity it lasted at least 3 seconds.

Then came the second one it was a mighty and huge one, this one plopped when it falled into the water.

I was happy, pleased and extremely relieved but things weren't finished there I was feeling that I had quite a lot of things still inside to me that needed to be expressed that morning !

So I continued plop plop plop it was like a symphony where the rythm is being followed by an innuendo of pure turd flowing into your intestines, tickling you, questionning you on where you go and...it was like 20 minutes after that I finished my stuff...

(I feeled like I was sucked in the inside)

Yeah you read it and I felt it like I was emptied from the inside like an implosion and hell

THAT WAS GOOD

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.
