yet this year. I prob won't either this or next month.
I have to go back to Utah before I hit 40 and try the ski jumping class they have out there. That shit looks hella cool. Take off on one of those ramps and get major air. Sweet.

My friend broke his leg while skiing earlier this year. Went off a jump he didn't see coming and got HUGE air. Everyone around thought it was sweet, so dude just walked off like he was a pro, then went to the hospital.

3 years ago my bro in law and I went out skiing on a really slushy day (mashed potatoes, yo) and he was out of control as usual, and he flew by me around a bend. I saw him veer off towards the trees, and his binding popped and he lost a ski and slid down into the woods. I was watching this as I was skiing behind and toward him.
He spun around and smacked his head on a tree, and came to rest just outside the tree line. I had to spray stop abruptly to help him, and would up covering the fucker from bloody head to toe.
That part was funny, but his 8 head stitches were not. He thought he was blind because he had blood in his eye and couldn't see.
Best part was when I told him we should probably get helmets and he said "no way, it'll ruin my hair!"
What a retard.

Did your friends get any good painkillers as a result of their accidents?

We never get snow in my area. Atleast not that much, and when we do it's so much fun.
I tried to sled using a cookie sheet once down a driveway, but there was no ice under the snow, so I then flew foward and busted my chin open. It was bad...
