Outlook. It works great with all the palms and wince devices, plus it combines all your email lists with contacts plus to do, calendar and other lists.

Exchange works great for companies, but soon there should be open source projects ready to beat exchange into the ground.

I use a rolodex frequently. I have found I can find phone numbers quicker than with any palm pilot or other software address book. Rack the old school office tactics.
