Corny/gay question
#1

A friend and I were arguing over this the other day. How many times have you really been in love, and do you belive there is only ONE true love for one person, or can there be more than one?

This is a trick question. You insinuated that there would be something about "gay".

This is a tough question. I do not believe that there is "one person" out there, but I do believe you can fall in love with someone who isn't the right type of person for you. All I know for sure is that once you find a "right person" you know it. You feel it.

I had to put that to drag you (and most the other guys) in here. It worked, didn't it?

Three times but I will have to admit the first one was the worst one to go through in the break up. I guess maturity puts LOVE in a different perspective whe you get older.

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.

I've loved every woman I've been involved with, but one (and that was because it was a two week fling and we didn't get to know each other). I am still friends with all of my exes and would be there for them without hesitation if they called me.

I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the girls that were putting out. Then after a few times, and they started getting kind of clingy and stuff I would not be in love with them anymore. Then if I saw them sort of hooking up with some other guy I would kind of love them again until I got another piece. Love is a funny and elusive thing.

The residents of the local dog kennel must hate you then.

I once had a guy tell me that when I wasn't around, he never thought about me, but when I was around, he loved me.

That's pretty funny. I've been that way before, well, to some extent. :ph_ph34r:

I've been in love 4 times. I guess that's a lot.
