Ed Wade is a double agent.That's three July 29th trades where we've basically given up shit for studs.When the Astro's fire him he will become a scout for the Phil's while we send out his resume to every club looking for a new GM.

I like the astros trades. I think the only trade wade fucked up was the oswalt deal. The astros have shit.. ranked 30th in minor league prospects. They traded 3 players for 10. Its a tricky deal.. those 10 might not work but they at least shed salary.

Wade is gone at the end of the year anyway but I like his trades... its his dumb as shit moves like signing Carlos Lee long term, signing Brett Myers long term and signing Wandy Rodriquez long term that kills me.

I heard the new owner wants to clear the books and start fresh next year.I'm surprised they are giving Wade authority to build their farm system up when he's a goner next year.The Phil's farm system has been huge for them.

They announced Dominic Brown is going to play left field for Ibanez next year and sent him down.Ibanez hits two HR's and a game winning RBI the next game.

I'm in the minority in Philly but I would take Lee or Hamels over Halladay if I needed to win one game.Halladay consistently gives up 1 or 2 runs in the first inning.
