I've never been a Kolb guy but there is no way I can say he's not a good QB yet.I predicted this outcome in training camp so it is no surprise to me except the fact that Vick and him split snaps in week 1.That was sabotage on Kolb.The reason we traded Mcnabb was not to eventually start Mike Vick.We actively tried to trade him all the way up to the last week of camp.In trading Mcnabb the Eagles were saying winning 10 games and getting to the playoffs is not enough which I thought was the right move.Now we are back to hoping we win 10 games and make the playoffs.Why did we trade Mcnabb if thats our goal again?

Kolb played one half of football against the packers who have a great defense.Vick played the second half against a packers team that never game planned for him and then kicked the shit out of a terrible lions team.Not enough for me to say Kolb sucks.Either way we wasted a #2 pick on Kolb without really seeing what he can do.

Kolbs confidence is shot. Long term he is worthless to the eagles. If you had to win now.. why not keep McNabb... dude was good for 10 to 12 wins a year. You really think Vick can get you to the superbowl? How many games till vick gets benched?

Defense sucks.Thats the problem.Vick may do better then Mcnabb in the clutch who knows but they arent winning a super bowl this year.Bottom line is we didnt draft Kolb in the second round so we could trade him for nothing.Nobody including Reid thought Vick was going to be a long term starter for this team when they picked him up.Shows Reid has no plan.He's doing the Jeff Fisher move where as long as they're competitive he keeps his job.That may work in Tennessee but not here.Half the people I talk to are confused as to how they feel that they really have to cheer for vick and may have to do so for a few years.

They spent all off season building Kolb up. Didn't they give Kolb a big money extension as well?

It was a one year extension with a 10 million signing bonus.We wouldn't give TO 1 million extra after he broke every single season receiving record and played on one leg in the superbowl.

We are back to just trying to win the division.Maybe thats a big deal in shit cities like Detroit or Cleveland but we've been there done that.I predict by week 13 we won't be looking like a superbowl contender and Reid will really start getting some heat to put Kolb in to see what he can do.

The NFC east will have three new coaches in three years.Coughlin, Wade Phillips and Reid.Possibly 4 if Shanahan doesnt want to rebuild after Mcnabb really hits the wall.

I heard Cowher is a possibility in Philly and Dallas.Gruden is also being talked about here.Problem is the Eagles owner is not a football guy.He has huge faith in Reid because he knows nothing else.

Singletary is done.I love how they fired the old black coordinator.Its fucking 2010, maybe have a guy who knows how to call the plays into the QB himself.If the Eagles go south I see Reid jumping ship to the Niners.
