Nothing could be worse than last season. They have the #1 recruiting class and even landed the second best qb in the nation and the best tight end.Not sure why the QB would go there if he has to sit behing Clausen but maybe he's better. Why are they playing Washington St. in San Antonio?

Fuck yeah. Last year he told the AD they needed to make improvements to the athletic department. Apparently he thought JJ was bluffing.

Guess who got fired this week?

That doesnt explain why you'd leave Hawaii for SMU.The AD got fired for not keeping Jones.SMU will not be coming back any time soon.I'm to young to remember when they were good so I doubt they will be able to recruit that well because the program isnt high profile. If I was Jones I would have taken the AD job myself and never left Hawaii. He probably feels he can't win any national championships there but I don't think he can at SMU either.

another stepping stone is all I can think of.

If he can get 8 wins or so with SMU a big program will come calling sooner or later.

He didnt need anoother stepping stone after putting Hawaii on the map.Your telling me he's not more attractive to West Virginia than the Bowden brother that was in the mix?

Pretty funny run down of how lame it ended up being.

Comedian Eddie Griffin ("Undercover Brother") was a big crowd favorite as he railed on everyone, particularly paying attention to the guests of honor. "I kind of know my career is over when I'm hired to roast two white guys I never (expletive) heard of."

He's a comedian and he's hilarious. You don't need to make movies to be considered funny.

he hosts every roast i've ever seen. just curious....

lafayette doesn't book comedians very often. i think in the past 5 years jerry seinfeld, cedric the entertainer, kathy griffith and queen latifah are the only ones booked here.

I like Ross because he's really brutally honest and cruel when he's doing those roasts.
