There was a fire in 2001, and like a jerk, I allowed the contractor to put a new floor over the old one, instead of taking up the old floor.
So I had to rip up the first set of tiles to unscrew the wood boards from the 2nd layer, in order the get the first layer up.
Shit smelled nasty, you have no idea. Then it dried. Much better. Gonna scrape and paint the floor first before laying down new floor.
