No, bad driving can be done by anyone, regardless of race, creed or sex. My favorite are the elderly, driving as if they were entitled, no matter what the situation... red lights, stop sign... nope they're retired, they don't have to stop. THEY GO FIRST!

The only thing the reporter didn't touch on was those talking on their cellphone!!! You thought they were bad before...? In a world of their own, they are!!! :|

War hun I dont drive ... and as for cell phones in cars you get fines 100s of dollars and can lose your liciense over here . You even get fined riding a bike and using a cell phone on the footpath or as you all call it .. sidewalk .

I don't blame you guys for the sidewalk laws... while I was in the Supermarket the other week I went to check beef prices and their was a woman chatting away, turned away but leaning up again the meat case blocking it from anyone else looking.
