I see that all the time... what amazes me is people that pick up speed (in a car) to try to beat you (walking) across a cross walk...

War hun I dont drive ... and as for cell phones in cars you get fines 100s of dollars and can lose your liciense over here . You even get fined riding a bike and using a cell phone on the footpath or as you all call it .. sidewalk .

I dont have the attention span needed to concentrate on it war so its safer that I dont . I did drive at 15 but it was a bad Idea lol .. maybe I will try again another time ..
