I quit cold turkey 8 months ago and smoked for 5 years straight. Although, I did ruin it about a month ago when I got really drunk and smoked 2 reds. Haven't since then, but have been craving like crazy. Jdub, if I can quit, you can, I have very low self-control.

Just think about your future, being hooked up to something that breathes for you through your neck, and still smoking. Think about dying at an early age. Think about how bad you smell, how bad your breathe smells. How your teeth are stained. Think about those health problems......emphysema, lung cancer...etc
