It's really not that hard. I quit 5 years ago after smoking for 8 years. I did start up again once but it was for about 2 weeks.Then I said to myself "what the fuck are you doing" and haven't smoked again.

I smoked for 23 years and it took me about 3 months to quit that was 8 years ago. JW you can do it.

I keep trying to quit on regular basis. It fucking hard as hell for me to do. The problem comes when i have a beer or two. Beer & cigarettes just go together. I will make it some day. I must :|

Goddamned right it's hard to do. But I'm so grateful that I just gritted through. There comes a time you don't think about it at all. FREEDOM! I started at 13 and was a pack a day by 14. I never did sports, ran, anything. I was able to quit in my early 20s.

Quitting smoking was one of the hardest -- and satisfying -- thing's I've ever done.

I really have a hard time not smoking after sex!! I gave the wife the 9 Saturday night, and afterwards I couldn't wait to light up!!
