A 'What Do I Do' Scenario
#1

I work for a small health system in the physician recruiting department. We're located at the main corporate office, but are in a suite by ourselves - me and my two middle aged bosses. There's only ever been one young, single guy I've seen around here who was half-way interesting. He worked in Finance...we went out a couple times, but he was too faggy for my taste.

But then, there are the married men. B) I know it's wrong, but dang...a couple of them are cute. There's this one, who's got the most beautiful eyes. He works in Assurance & Compliance...Craig. We don't often have the opportunity to interact, but when we do, I get all nervous and geeky and I swear I caught him looking at my boobs! Huh

The question is: just how evil is it to have affairs with married guys? And, if I decide it's not too evil, how do I go about it? I've never been good at the initiator role, much less when I am unsure of the other person's interest level. Just being friendly isn't cutting it...hypothetically, what do I do?

Well, I've never seen him in a social situation, ie outside work. I only see him about once a month at work, if that often.

I've been conjuring up scenarios in my head about stopping by his office, and him just ordering me to my knees...but I don't think that's going to happen. He's a bit shy, I think. Sad

Im not sure thats the right thing to do .. sorry but there could be kids involved and it would hurt them . Kids dont deserve that ...and think about it if he does that with you then your not the first and that means if you end up together he will just do the same to you . Im sure you deserve alot better than someones cheating husband .

1. Relationships with fellow workers is a bad idea (except for me and my wife--I was her boss)

2. Going after a married guy is just plain wrong. It would be wrong if he asked you out and you accepted. It is exponentially more wrong for you to do the asking.

Woman you ain't going to like this much but if the dude is married, then I would say to leave him alone. If you guys started throwing down and his wife found out about it, then it would probably ruin a lot of lives. Hardly worth it if you ask me.

Holy crap.
I wouldn't do it. Once that bridge is crossed, you can't come back.

If he gets too nervous after the deed is done, your job may be in danger. You may start reading things into his actions that are not there, when he asks you to perform a task. Work and relationships become muddied and that makes for an uncomfortable workplace.

If the wife becomes suspicious or finds out, one of you is gone. There is also the repercussions of a divorce on other people. Are there kids involved? How would you feel if you found out that they were having to visit Daddy every other week because you liked him and he couldn't keep it together.

Disease and pregnancy are ALWAYS a problem with casual flings. You never find out until some of them for years down the road. Some of the crap that is out there is PERMANENT. There are protections, but they do not seem like they are worth it in this case.

ALL men look at ALL boobs. That is a law of nature, not an indication of intent. Big Grin

Good luck.

Jeez...you guys are no fun.

Ok, so let's change the question to: how the heck does a single woman get laid in this day and age? Cause I know one who's about to die from sexual neglect. Cry

Normally, in the South, a female can just say, "I'm sooooo drunk!". Then, it is pick and choose.
