either come out and say yes I accepted the job or say no I haven't.

notice Joe Dumars said my contract is of no concern... we will work it out behind the scenes as it should be.

i believe he did address it. he said he still wants to coach in Detroit, if after the season he is cleared by doctors and fit to coach still I believe he'll honor his contract and be back. if the docs say he shouldn't coach anymore, he'll probably go to Cleveland.

on the Pistons jock? give me a break doug...

yesterday was a rough day in Pistons Land. i guess you have to get used to be the center of the media universe when you're the defending champions.

Then its garbage to say you havent thought about it and or discussed it with anybody. And to be selfish enough to do it right in the middle of defending your championship is absolute crap.

Now I heard there was 'two league sources,"' Brown said of the ESPN report. "Who are the league sources? Why would somebody write that instead of being up front and saying who it is? Why would you do that? I heard about compensation from some guy, that (the Pistons) were seeking compensation.
"Don't just come out and throw things," Brown said. "That's not fair. I'm coaching here. I have never changed in what I said. Why should I think about alternatives? I don't even want to think about alternatives."

1. Reporters have sources, stop crying.
2.If your not thinking about alternatives then why talk to the Cavs?

Bottom line is Larry brown is a selfish dishonest person. If you think he's best serving your team by negotiating with another team during the eastern conference finals your nuts.

Get ready to be a bitter Detroit fan cause LB doesnt give a shit about your team. As president of operations he picked the sixers clean before he left ,its why we are giving detroit our only #1 pick this year for the theo ratliff\mckie for Jerry stackhouse deal 7 fucking years ago.Why cant he just say I never talked to the cavs? He's so indignant about it its hilarious but he wont say the one thing that would clear it up.I wonder why?

maybe he has...maybe he hasn't. bottom line is nothing is set in stone. they could win another championship, he'd be cleared to continue coaching, and could be back next year. he has said he wants to coach and he wants to coach here. everything else is hear say.

I enjoy the fact that the Cavs has signed a coach... talking contract with a GM and still don't have a president.

Don't you usually hire president, GM then coach?

or do they already have a president

and i quote...

Quote:Brown being rumored to go somewhere is about as surprising as Paris Hilton being caught on camera for another video. In essence, it's going to take a lot more than Brown linking up with Cavs star LeBron James to affect these veteran champs. They got another title ring to win. They can say goodbye to coach later.

Clay I'd thank your lucky stars that Wade wasn't 100%.

Big win though, Wade or no...

very civil of you, clayton, not to rag on all the bandwagon jumpers
it is hard to believe that so many have not learned a lesson from last years finals

that being said, i think right now it is pick'em

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.
