The NY strip I had was the size of those steaks after it was cooked.It had some type of Kona crusting that was amazing.Our table forgot to order side dishes so when they brought them out I told them to whip up some sides for the whole table, garlic mash, seafood marinara etc.. and by the time they brought them out I already was three quarters done my steak it was so good.
