I need to point to the first post in this thread to show you part of the latest (white) floor, which was at the top when I ripped it up. The "Deadly mold" floor was covered up, which is why I felt compelled to remove both floors in the first place- I feared mold may have crept in there.

Here's a little bathroom I've been remodelling at one of my rentals.

I had to gut it and replace much of the subfloor due to dry rot and mold from an old two-piece fiberglass shower that somebody never caulked. I hate old people for the bullshit they've done to houses.

Actually, I spent only $30 on various scrapers and planers.
I didn't buy the new floor yet, or sheet rock, tape and spackle for the walls. I have gifts to buy for friends first, before I dump money into a new kitchen.
