Moderator Policy
In Order To Apply To Be A Moderator You Must:
* be a forum regular
* have been at the forum for over a month
* have a positive efficacious presence on Insane Train (this will ultimately be reflected in your post count and referrals)
* be proactive

Moderators should visit the forum each day, actively take part in discussions as often as possible, ideally once a day, setting a good example to the other members. InsaneTrain Forums Moderators have a responsibility to keep unsuitable content out of the forums as much as possible. Moderators should frequently encougrage member participation in their forum, both by posting in existing threads and starting new ones.

hey why not create a private (unseen from non members) where wannabe moderators could prove they are worth it. I mean a forum where he has to regulate it for one month let's say, where we members could post, that could be some kind of kickboxing ..well kickmessaging area.

OR......how about we not make snarg a mod and make someone else that brings something to the game? How about that? Or does that make too much sense.
Guys, today we are going to make little Timmy our quarterback. I know he isn't as good of a player as the rest of you, and I know he has never done anything in a game to help his team, but he comes to every practice. He even comes to practices that we don't have. Timmy is our new quarterback. Please welcome him and don't say anything bad.
