That area is a college campus... he was walking back from the bar to the frat house. Notice how quick the cops got there? Thats cause they were pulling the car over on suspicion of DUI. He blew a .137. Kid is going through some major depression right now.. its been a month and he has some mental issues.. but they think he'll adjust.

No one knows for certain but I don't think the kid ever saw the car coming.. and i'm guessin the police hit their lights right before so the driver never saw the kid.
