with IT. As a GUEST, you can peruse Eye Candy, and Reading Candy, and the other one :S (not Juff Juff). The former has stuff in it that is recent, so it is viewable to guests. RC has nothing recent, so you would have to search, which you cannot do as a GUEST.
ANYWAYS, noobs cannot access these things, but guests can. To a noob (like I was a few weeks back), those forums are marked private until you hit a certain number of posts.
