I've heard and read that uncut dudes (I'm clipped) are less sensitive in general, even when the foreskin is retracted.
I did it to wonderboy Lecter because it's a Jewish tradition. We hired a Mohel and all that. I recommended he use a ginsu, but he had his own contraption. Looks like one of those things chicks use to curl their eyebrows. ><
