I'm listening to a doctor on the radio who says you should be going 2 times a day. It should be 12-14 inches in length and about as big around as a silver dollar. I don't know why I'm listening to this.

i ususally have to go poop after each meal. I have a sensitive stomach. My friends thinks I'm lucky because I can unload what I've eaten quickly. It sucks though because I cant enjoy an expensive dinner because it wont stay in my stomach for a long time so I wont spend the money on it.
