Good luck, Lee.
Me- I have quit smoking. Almost 2 weeks now. So I need to make sure I don't start back. I am so tired of being a smoker. It sets a horrible example for my kids, and plus it is just disgusting. Also, to not drink as much. And to allow myself to be happy. No matter what.

Congrats on giving up the cigs. Stick with it - eventually you won't miss them.

Is this the first time you've tried to quit? If so, don't be discouraged if you relapse. I started when I was 12 and finally quit when I was 25 or so. I smoked pretty heavily - about 2 packs a day. It took me two times to finally give it up.
