Is the EURO finally in the toilet thanks to their socialist policies and are we heading in that direction?

I've skimmed some forcasts that claim the outlook is bullish. However I am skeptical and do not have the necessary time to put into such an investigation.

I need my dollars to buy me more shit as I plan hostility towards many areas requiring significant capital input.
