1. Let companies fail
2. Switch to the Fair Tax Program
3. Work on our roads by hiring on US Citizens. It helped us get out of the great depression. Maybe it would help again.

How would your precious stock market look if we let all those companies fail at once?
I'm not a huge fan of the bailouts especially for companies making inferior products but to let them all go bust at once would have killed the market and put a few million more on unemployment.I think if you read between the lines we are just stalling the inevitable which is these companies going out of business for the sake of the economy right now.It will hurt less if they go bust 5 years from now.Its called strategic loses.
Unless we are building a road to the moon I don't see that helping that much.Its a drop in the bucket.Why don't we have people sell apples for 5 cents out of carts while we are at it.
How would changing the tax code get us out of a recession?

i dont know whats next. ive been looking into moving over seas. not sure what of 3 countries to pick.
