Overall I love it because with all the talent they have they should be a tough division opponent but are not.

Wade Phillips has got to be the most overrated coach that ever picked up a whistle. He reminds me of those coaches we had in high school that taught things like "geography". Their idea of teaching was to hand out a map of the US for us to color while they went and hung out in their office in the field house.

Did you see Jeff Garcia take a huge dump on Gruden last night on sports center?Basically saying the way he treated players caught up to him and thats why he was fired and he needs to change his ways or he'll never have success.I thought it was ballsy of Garcia to go that far but he's probably right.
