German Chocolate:

In a mixer, mix up:

6 eggs (raw)
1 cup sugar
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pint whipping cream
1 tablespoon cocoa
12 ounces of chocolate flavored syrup (like you put on ice cream)
1 pinch of salt
1 can of german chocolate cake frosting

Pour into a 4 quart ice cream canister. Add enough plain milk to bring it up to the "fill" line (won't take much). Make the ice cream.

Banana Nut:

First get 4 ripe bananas. Buy them several days ahead and store in a brown paper bag to help ripen them.

In a mixer, mix up:

6 eggs (raw)
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pint of chopped pecans (toasted)
Mash up the 4 bananas with potato masher and add them
Pinch of Salt (about 1/2 tspn)

Pour all of this mixture into the 4 quart ice cream canister. Then add enough plain milk to bring the mixture up to the "fill" line on the canister.

Then make the ice cream. Make sure you don't get any of this on your forehead, or your tongue might beat your brains out. Thanks.
