Well first off I think that women can't keep their mouth shut long enough to build up the pressure.
Why do I keep this cesspool alive?
if it wouldn't have been for womens we would still wander around from trees to trees 'grunting' things like "urmph" from time to time to express that we are :
-full
-happy
-have enjoyed the meal
-have enjoyed the drink
-say hello
-say goodbye
-say that was a good stoning and we should continue next week with those heretics in cave 12 where they start doing camp fire.
