Have you seen "The Departed?" I caught it this weekend and thought it was pretty solid. All the local stuff seemed pretty legit, for a change.

Shit, I am 2 weeks behind in movies. I am looking to see that, Flags of Our Fathers, The Prestige, and Man of the Year (wife's pick) this week. I am really looking forward to the first 3.

Every movie set in Boston is always filled with actors going WAY overboard on the Boston accents. These guys were all $$$.

I have the same problem with Movies on and about Submarines. They never get it right.

Not even close on the first 2, but the third one was back in WWII on deisel subs with older technology, so I can't really say. Based on history, it is doubtful, though.
