Since it wasn't in the US and I didn't get permanent damage it wont be worth shit ...
The insurance will cover the hospital and cab fare ...
On a funny side note the cab driver (whilst talking to the police) wanted to get paid for the trip so far ... The cops laughed and gave me a ride to the airport.
He will never drive again thou (legaly).
