Now they are "demo'ing" some of these machines and I cann't figure the picture out in my head so I check out the web page and am now thinking WTF? This is some crazy shit! anybody else ever hear of it?

it's basically modified industrial equipment with dildo's an shit mounted on them....ie: drill, sawsall, etc....it's pretty fucked up.

These guys take power tools and other machines, and modify them with dildos. So, for example, you have a jigsaw that has a longer attachment with a dildo on the end, so you can just put it in the chick and pull the trigger and it moves in an out. They're some more elaborate ones too.
