#1

I just got one for ten miles over the speed limit for 285.00$

I am trying to see things from your perspective....But I can't get my head that far up my ass!

I am with NCSCOTT on this one.
DWI
I am in my classes now and they are costing me $93 dollars a week plus cost if they piss test me that week. The class is for 26 weeks. As a bonus to all of the stuff he listed that I paid for I also have to get the interlock system installed on my car inorder to continue to drive. That includes installation and monthy charges. The whole drunk driving process has just become a way for people to make millions of dollars a year.

I guess I can't complain about my wife's $129.00 speeding ticket then.

She was in a center of a pack of a dozen cars all doing 75-85MPH on the Pa Turnpike (a typical condition). A Pa State Trooper came from hiding running lights and sirens. She was the only one in the pack who slowed down and pulled over. The officer said he was ticketing her because she stopped!!! :| :| :|

400.00 Failure to show proof of financial responsibility. In other words .... No focuking insurance. I am dealing with it right now. Back in December during the holidays, I let my policy lapse and forgot to renew it. Now I am paying the price. Cry Cry Cry :|

I got pulled over once for speeding ($125) and found out that I had a warrant for disorderly conduct ($250) and assault ($1,250) because of a fight. Got the assault charge dropped, but after lawyer fees and the other tickets it all costed about $750.

Well, our state sure does.... would you like our governor, Velvet. Maybe you could drop him off somewhere in your outback... :p

Taking my oldest to college in Pittsburgh... Brown panel Chevy stationwagon loaded with student stuff. Pa State Trooper pulls me over outside Pittburgh and tells me I was going 90mph in a 55MPH. I pointed at the speedometer, which would pin/peak at 65 in this overloaded, low riding '82 rust bucket.... and laughed how great a trick that would be!!!

He went back to his car, talked on the radio, came back and decided to ticket over something else... something like "Unsafe driving practices" or something to that effect over something dangling from my rear view mirror.... same cost, $95.00, but no points.

Not back for his 15 minutes work... I hope he made his quota that day.... Rolleyes

Oh yes halfasleep we have those types over here as well . Around the end of every month people get pulled over for the funniest of things . I was watching one of our current affairs shows last night and a minister of the church was fined for reving his motorbike which everyone does when they start it to make sure the petrol is going through ok or some such thing .Maybe our state or countries leaders and lawmakers could all be put on a little island far out at sea together . Muaroa atoll comes to mind
