just huge, near city center...big sleeping room, small room next to it (I'll install some little office to work), big kitchen, big living room.
double plus it's not expensive and got repainted !!
hay hay hay...I should sign the location contract in two days.
going to be epoch, I think I'll hire a few hookers to do some private party there.
