My F-I-L wanted to talk about selling both tractors and getting a 60 horse John Deere. I never thought I'd ever be in a conversation like that. Let alone interested. Yee Haawww, I guess.

Weekend was great. Caught a few striped bass on the lake with the old man and my sons. got a new set of pics of all my kids for my office. All the ones I had were ate least 3 years old. Now I just have to figure out where to put them in my office. 6 kids kinda take up a lot of room you know.

He's got a 48" brush cutter that mounts to his rear three point hitch (pull your pants up clay) and wants to step up to a 72". However, neither tractor can support the weight. Plus, I rarely fire mine up in the summer. The JD we talked about has a front bucket which can help balance the brush hog.

Bill, these discussion have a devistating effect on my board cred. I may need to create a tractor troll.

weight bucket for the front end....should balance out the bigger bush hog...but if you hit something big stand back cause your going for a ride!

Weekend was great. Went to a wedding and reception. Was asked to bartend. Of course I did. When it was almost over the groom came and asked how much beer was left and told him we didn't get into the second keg, so he gave it to me. RACK free kegs!!!
