Does anyone know if there's a way to digitally record songs played on digital cable music channels (not MTV)? The sound quality is pretty good, but I'm not sure if you can use a DVR or anything to record the channel, then separate the audio and split it up into tracks...
Has anyone tried?

I'd like to figure out a way to record some of the music I get on my portable satellite radio or when it streams thru the computer. (I dont have the home hookup).....they play some good sh*t.

After much delay (sorry fella's) Yes you can record them.....I did it this morning using my DVR.
