The soundtrack to the much anticipated game Halo 2 (released November 9th) will contain the complete Incubus epic described by Mike Einzinger as a "22 (or 24) minute guitar odyssey." The Odyssey will be broken into four movements on the soundtrack, beginning with the first piece, titled "Follow". The complete tracklisting is as follows:

Halo Theme Mjolnir Mix - featuring Steve Vai
Blow Me Away - Breaking Benjamin
Peril
Ghosts Of Reach
Follow (1st Movement of the Odyssey) - Incubus
Heretic, Hero
Flawed Legacy
Impend
Never Surrender - Nile Rodgers and Nataraj
Ancient Machine
2nd Movement of the Odyssey - Incubus
In Amber Clad
The Last Spartan
Orbit of Glass
3rd Movement of the Odyssey - Incubus
Heavy Price Paid
Earth City
High Charity
4th Movement of the Odyssey - Incubus
Remembrance
Connected - Hoobastank

Incubus fans may recognize portions of The Odyssey from previous releases and live concerts. The live piece dubbed by fans as "Everything In Ebb" is one section of the massive composition, and it is speculated that two additional samples appear on the bonus DVD that accompanies limited edition copies of A Crow Left of the Murder. According to the bandmembers, the 4 piece odyssey was in part inspired by the game itself.

Along with the members of Breaking Benjamin, Hoobastank, and Linkin Park, the members of Incubus serve on a special Halo 2 council, and are among the very first to receive copies of the game.
