Do you think it should be legalized? De-criminalized? Why?

i think it should be legalized, taxed and sold like cigarettes are.

i also believe selling pot should be punishable, and driving under the influence should be charged the same as drinking and driving.

I figure if alcohol is legal, and cigarettes are legal, pot should be too. Ideally, I think cigarettes should be illegal.

if cigs are illigal, then so should alcohol...which would mean so should pot.

its a CHOICE if you wish to partake in any of the above. If you want to live a healthy and clean life, doing any of the above might not be a choice you should make.

IMO, we are a people today who are looking to push blame off on anybody else, not willing to live up to the choices we've made in our lives.

Well put. I personally think once they find a way to measure the amount of THC in your system, much like a breathalyzer, it will be legalized. That way they can definitively prove you are under the influence and fine you like a DWI.

I think it should be but understand that if the government would sell it, they would regulate it and make it weaker than the pot you can buy on the street...

taxes would also make it more expensive than street weed too...
