ok once youve pressed "prt sc" on your keyboard, go open paint and hold the "ctrl" button and press "v" and at the time of pressting the "prt sc" button on your keyboard, whatever was on your screen should come up, then save it, but change it to a jpeg file - to do this, under where you name the file, click the arrow underneath the name bit and a list should appear...change it to jpeg, then save :lmf:
