I am tired of seeing topics about getting better and more meaningful posts. I've seen this happen at too many boards. If I see another one of thee things, I'm leaving IT. I am sick and tired of that shit. All it does is make the boards worse by filling it with whiny complaining bastards who decided to complain about shit rather than make an effort to help in any way.
